Can I drop off my laundry with you?
Yes, you can! We have a fluff and fold service counter inside our sister laundromat at Village Laundromat located at:
215 New York Avenue
Huntington, NY 11743
What are your wash and fold hours?
Our service counter is open from 8AM to 9PM Monday through Saturday and again from 8AM to 6PM on Sunday. You are welcome to drop off new orders and pick up fresh, clean laundry during these hours.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use premium detergents, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets. Free & clear options are available to anyone that requests them.
Is there a minimum order?
For in-store drop-off service, the minimum is $15.00.
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
Our in-store wash and fold is often ready for pick-up the next business day during service hours. Same-day service is available if dropped off by 2PM for an additional $5.00 rush charge regardless of order size/weight.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No.
Door to Door Laundry Pickup & Delivery
When do you pickup and deliver?
We offer pickup and delivery from 8AM to 11AM and again from 4PM to 7PM Monday through Saturday. Please sign up/log in to see available pickup and delivery windows.
What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?
Our laundry pickup and delivery take approximately 2-3 days from the moment it is picked up to wash, dry, fold, and return to your doorstep. Same-day pickup and delivery is available for an extra $15.00 per order regardless of order size or weight.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, a minimum of $25 applies to all delivery orders.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
Our pickup service costs $1.25 per pound for standard 2-3 day turnaround. Same-day pick-up and drop-off is available for an extra $15.00 charge regardless of order size/weight.
Do I need to be home to use this service?
No. Just let us know where you will leave the clothes. The porch, the backyard, in the garage, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager are common choices.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes. Just input notes as you move through the prompts during checkout.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. Our superior level of service requires no contract.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
By credit card.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend a laundry bag.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes you can.
Where do you wash my clothes?
We take all orders to our sister company Village Laundromat in Huntington, NY. This is a long-standing and trusted community laundromat that has served many individuals, families, and business for over 40 years. The machines are reliable, the laundromat is clean, the attendants are absolute pros, and the premises are secure. Your laundry couldn’t be in a better place where we can wash, dry, and fold everything for you.

Do you have a laundromat I can go to?
Door to Door Laundry is a wash and fold service that offers a premier laundry pickup and delivery service. Though we do not have a laundromat, we do operate out of our partner laundry services provider Village Laundromat located at 215 New York Avenue in Huntington, New York. Come check out Village Laundromat to see where your laundry will be washed, dried, and folded.
What are the store hours?
Village Laundromat is open from 8AM to 8PM Monday through Saturday with last wash at 6:30PM; and again from 8AM to 6PM on Sunday with last wash at 4:30PM.
Is the laundromat attended?
Yes, from open to close every day.
Is the laundromat a coin or credit card laundromat?
The washers and dryers are all coin-operated. They have change machines. Laundry services such as Door to Door Laundry’s wash and fold service accepts credit, debit cards, and cash.
Do they have large machines?
Yes, their largest machine can take up to 8 loads. But why haul that much laundry to the laundromat yourself when Door to Door Laundry will be more than happy to haul it and do it for you?
Do they have parking?
Yes, we are in a small strip center that has street parking out front. There is a parking lot next to our building but it may get full during peak hours. We recommend using Door to Door Laundry pickup and delivery for a much more convenient experience.
